You write to a person, not to a form. We answer within one working day, usually sooner.
What to tell us
The more specific you are, the fewer emails it takes. Where you can, include:
- your operating system and its version;
- the host and its version — Logic, Pro Tools, Reaper, Ableton…;
- which format you use: AU, VST3 or CLAP;
- what you did and what happened, as precisely as you can;
- a screenshot, if there is something on screen.
Before you write
The plugin does not appear in your host. The plugin list needs rescanning; many hosts only do it at startup. In Logic, the Audio Unit also has to pass the system's validation.
You lost your licence. It is in your account, and you can resend it to yourself from there.
You changed computer. Release the old activation from your account and activate the new machine. If the old one no longer boots, write to us.
Requirements
macOS 11 Big Sur or later, on both Apple silicon and Intel — the plugin ships as a universal binary. Audio Unit, VST3, CLAP and standalone application.
